Chapter 1 General Provisions

1.1 lelele Game (the “Platform”) is a game aggregation and navigation site operated by leleleling Studio (the “Studio”), deployed at game.leleleling.site. It provides game discovery for players and exhibition opportunities for independent developers, small teams, and individual creators.

1.2 The Platform hosts pure front-end code only, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and accompanying static assets such as images, audio, and fonts. The Platform does not accept, host, or run code or projects that contain server-side logic (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Go backends), require a database, require a build step to produce a runnable artifact (e.g., React, Vue, Angular SPA source projects), or require a server environment to start. Submitters must ensure their code runs directly in a static hosting environment.

1.3 These Rules apply to all games submitted, displayed, recommended, or indexed on the Platform, and to all users. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Rules. Submitters must separately confirm the Submission License and Withdrawal Rules (Chapter 4) at the time of submission.

1.4 The Platform complies with the Cybersecurity Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Cyberspace, the Personal Information Protection Law, the Copyright Law, the Civil Code, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, and relevant regulations issued by the National Press and Publication Administration and the Cyberspace Administration of China.

1.5 The Platform may revise these Rules based on legal and operational needs. Revised versions will be announced in advance at game.leleleling.site and take effect upon announcement. Material changes affecting submitters’ rights will be notified via site announcement and email.

Chapter 2 Content Standards

2.1 Prohibited Content

• National security and sovereignty: content that subverts state power, splits the country, undermines national unity, harms national honor and interests, leaks state secrets, or damages ethnic solidarity.
• Violence and gore: excessive violence, terror, gore, incitement to crime, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
• Pornography and vulgarity: pornographic, obscene, sexually suggestive, nudity, or soft-porn content in any form.
• Gambling and drugs: gambling, casinos, betting, drugs, controlled substances, or drug-related activities.
• Infringement: infringement of intellectual property, reputation, portrait rights, privacy, or personal information rights.
• Harm to minors: content that may adversely affect the physical or mental health of minors.
• Public order and morals: content contrary to social morality, religious, racial, gender, or regional discrimination, or otherwise contrary to core socialist values.

2.2 Age Ratings

Submitters must truthfully select an age rating: All Ages / 6+ / 12+ / 16+ / 18+. The Platform prominently displays the rating on each game detail page. “All Ages” corresponds to the baseline of the Age Rating for Online Games group standard; “12+” and “16+” align with the 12+ and 16+ labels of that standard; “6+” is a Platform-specific refinement for young-child-friendly content; “18+” is used for content the Platform deems to require an adult advisory and is not a group-standard label.

Deliberate misrepresentation of an age rating may result in removal under Chapter 7.

2.3 Quality and Technical Safety

• Runnability: games must be basically playable and functionally complete, without severe bugs, crashes, or missing core functions.
• Pure front-end compatibility: games must run directly in static hosting. If built with tooling, submitters must provide the built, deployable output—not source projects requiring the Platform to run a build.
• Privacy: no collection, storage, or transmission of personal information without explicit authorization. Any data collection must follow the minimum-necessity principle under Articles 6 and 13 of the Personal Information Protection Law.
• Link safety: external links must not lead to malicious, phishing, or malware-containing sites.
• Code safety: the Platform performs an initial security scan; submitters warrant that code contains no backdoors, malicious scripts, mining programs, or other harmful content.

Chapter 3 Copyright and Intellectual Property

3.1 Submitters warrant that they own the copyright in their submitted works or have obtained full authorization. Copyright disputes are the responsibility of the submitter. Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, the Platform will take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, or disabling access in accordance with Article 1195 of the Civil Code. The Platform has no prior review obligation before receiving notice, but may remove obviously infringing content on its own initiative.

3.2 For code-based submissions, the submitter grants the Platform a non-exclusive, revocable license to display, run, test, and promote the game on the Platform. This license does not transfer copyright—copyright remains with the submitter, who retains the right of attribution and may withdraw the license under Chapter 4.

3.3 For link-based submissions, the Platform acts solely as a navigation entrance and claims no intellectual property rights in the game content.

3.4 The Platform respects intellectual property and opposes plagiarism, piracy, and unauthorized reproduction. Confirmed infringement will result in immediate removal and may lead to suspension or permanent disqualification from submission.

3.5 Submitters using third-party assets in descriptions or screenshots must ensure authorization and attribute the source.

Chapter 4 Submission License and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 License Granted to the Platform

• Display the game name, icon, description, screenshots, and playable entrance on the Platform;
• Run the game for review, testing, and security scanning;
• Recommend and introduce the game through official Platform channels;
• Make necessary layout and formatting adjustments without altering the game content itself.

This license does not constitute a copyright transfer, does not restrict the submitter from licensing the same work to other platforms, and does not restrict self-operation.

4.2 Rights Retained by the Submitter

4.3 Withdrawal Process

• Submit a withdrawal request to leleleling@2980.com, stating the game name and the contact used at submission;
• The Platform confirms and removes the game within 3 business days;
• New use ceases within 30 calendar days of removal;
• Published promotional materials are replaced or removed within 90 calendar days;
• Withdrawal does not affect lawful display that occurred before withdrawal.

4.4 Review Timeline

• Review is completed within 5 business days of receipt, with the result sent to the provided email;
• Rejections include specific reasons and actionable revision suggestions;
• A work may be resubmitted at most 2 times; after that, a 30-calendar-day interval is required;
• Approved games are listed in the appropriate category and receive basic promotional resources.

4.5 Appeals

Appeals against review results, removal, or violation determinations may be filed within 15 calendar days of notice by emailing leleleling@2980.com. The Platform will review and respond in writing within 7 business days. Appeals do not suspend the enforcement decision; the review conclusion is final.

Chapter 5 Protection of Minors

• Age ratings: prominently displayed on each game detail page;
• Parental guidance: noted for mildly intense content or content requiring a certain level of psychological maturity;
• Content filtering: no pornographic, violent, or gambling content harmful to minors;
• Reporting: reports involving minors are initially responded to within 48 hours; general reports within 5 business days. Report to leleleling@2980.com;
• Purchases: the Platform does not offer in-game purchases; purchases in external games are the player’s responsibility.

Chapter 6 Disclaimer

6.1 The Platform serves solely as a game exhibition and navigation window. It does not operate in-game services or participate in commercial operations such as charging, top-ups, or item trading. Disputes between players and game operators are resolved between those parties.

6.2 For linked games, link stability, content safety, and service reliability are the responsibility of the game operator. The Platform is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or security.

6.3 Code-based games undergo initial security scanning, but absolute safety cannot be guaranteed. Players are advised to run games in isolated environments. Outside legally mandatory scope, the Platform is not liable for device damage, data loss, or information leakage arising from running code-based games.

6.4 Safe harbor: rights holders who believe content on the Platform infringes their rights may submit a written notice with ownership proof, the infringing link, and contact information. Upon verification, the Platform will take necessary measures such as removal under Article 1195 of the Civil Code. Having fulfilled the notice-and-takedown obligation, the Platform is not jointly liable.

6.5 The Platform is not liable for service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, policy changes, etc.), but will announce and restore service promptly.

Chapter 7 Enforcement

• Warning Minor violations: written warning with a 7-business-day rectification period.
• Removal Serious violations: immediate removal and suspension of submission privileges.
• Permanent ban Major violations: involving illegality, pornography, gambling, or malicious code—permanent disqualification and reporting to regulators.
• Public notice Severe social impact: public notice on official channels.

Enforcement decisions state the provision relied upon. Affected parties may appeal under 4.5.

Chapter 8 Supplementary Provisions

8.1 These Rules are formulated and interpreted by leleleling Studio. Inquiries: leleleling@2980.com.

8.2 If any provision conflicts with mandatory law or administrative regulations, the law prevails and the conflicting provision becomes invalid; the remaining provisions remain in effect.

8.3 These Rules take effect upon publication. Submission and confirmation of the Submission License and Withdrawal Rules constitute acceptance of these Rules.

8.4 Revisions are announced in advance at game.leleleling.site and take effect upon announcement.
